Landyke is a rural consultancy service based in the East Midlands, involved in a wide range of rural projects, from day-to-day land management advice through to helping our Clients with ongoing long-term development of their rural business.
Landyke offers a "from conception to completion" service, including

- land and soil surveys including pre-purchase surveys
- applications for planning permission and other regulatory licencing matters

Working in Partnership
- although most work is completed as a stand-alone service, Landyke is often called upon to work alongside other consultants and advisors, bringing a particular expertise to ensure the best end results for the client
- if you already have an advisor you have used for years, Landyke will be pleased to undertake just that part of the job that your advisor has little experience of - and may well already have done just that on another project.
Area of Working
- based near Melton Mowbray in Leicestershire, Landyke is ideally placed for much of the country and will be pleased to discuss your project wherever you are.
- please be realistic and if your site is more than a couple of hours from our office, we may need a little longer to arrange a visit to start the ball rolling.
